<Flipping through the journal, you infer the goblin's identity to be that of Bizzbang Zipperbox, an engineer from Kezan that apparently worked with Zappo on some prototype machinery back in Undermine. Judging from what you can read, he must've been more than unhappy about not being included into Zappo's Everlook Broadcast ambitions.

Case closed. A little too easily for your liking. Some things really don't add up, but a job done is a job done. Time to return to Zappo Zapblast in Everlook.>

Bizzbang Zipperbox?! That ole airhead was behind all of this? Frankly, his mind was one of the brighter ones when it came to engineering back on Kezan, but never in my wildest dreams would I have imagined him to hold such a grudge against me. This has me more baffled than a tauren at a barbecue! Even more curious is the device you brought me. I'll have my technicians look at it, perhaps it can crack the code on that perpetual white noise still going.
